Festival of Cultures 26.09. - 27.09.2008 Stade Town Hall

Together with more than 40 organisations, institutions, clubs and societies, businesses and citizens of the City of Stade we are holding the Festival of Cultures.

My most sincere thanks go to the great many voluntary workers from numerous cultures who are preparing this festival and in doing so, point the way to tolerance and open-mindedness in our town.

As Mayor of the City of Stade, I am very pleased that the Commissioner for Integration of Lower Saxony, Ms Honey Deihimi, is going to open the Festival of Cultures.

Familiarise yourselves with the cultural diversity of the City by enjoying the music, dance and verbal contributions during the opening event on Friday, 26 September 2008, 16.00 hours at Stade town hall, in the Ratskeller square.

Later on, you can contribute to the longest table of cultures in Stade around the town hall.
