Dear Citizens,

During our opening hours at the animal home of the City of Stade, we will be pleased to provide you with advice relating to all aspects concerning the topic of pets. If any problems arise, we will always try to find the most appropriate solutions within our scope. If you want to acquire a dog, please present your identity card to us when you have chosen the animal. You will then get an opportunity to take the animal for a little walk outside the animal home, during which time, you will quickly discover how much happier and more relaxed the dog is when it is away from the “animal home stress”. This gives you the opportunity to see the animal’s real nature. However, it is also important that you take enough time to get all the necessary information about the animal so, together with the help of a little questionnaire, we can find out whether the animal is the right one for you and your family.
